These are the rules for flag football.

This year im doing flagfootball this is a very active sport. And i'll be explaining the rules.first of we have no contact no tackling,pushing,holding,diving,or screening;the play stops when ball carriers flag is pulled. Next flag pulling defenders "tackle" by pulling one or both flags from the ball carriers belt. Then we have fumbles if the ball drops,its a dead ball and the offense keeps possesssion where the ball was dropped. Interception can be returend,changeing possession.

Forward passes:Must be thrown from behind the line of scrimmage. Literals/backword passes:allowed behind the line of scrimmage;all players become eligible receivers after one. No-zone runs:typiclly 5 yards from midfield and each end zone;only pass plays are allowed in these zones. Quarterback runs:generally restricted to QBs can't run past the line unless they hand off first,but some rules allow limited QB runs.
